Motion intro 1 is an 8 session locomotion introductory course,
made for complete beginners and assume zero knowledge.

It introduces you to multiple layers of the locomotion practice,
such as moving on all fours, bridging, flow work and elbow levers.
Including specific warm ups and preparation for safe and time efficient practice.

Every step of the way you will be given several options of execution
so you can practice according to your current level.
